• Billing and transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
• Support ticket history is retained for 3 years after resolution.

• You may request data deletion at any time (see Section 7 for your rights).
• Upon account termination, we provide a 30-day window to export your data before permanent deletion.

• We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by relevant data protection authorities for cross-border transfers.
• Our primary data centers are located in the United States and European Union.
• We ensure all data transfer mechanisms comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Data processing agreements are in place with all sub-processors involved in international transfers.

HrScope is designed for business use and is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@hrscope.net.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes:

• We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice within the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
